guessing you mean where but hoho, you’re right she isn’t officially from anywhere- certainly not like Hero is, but I’ve always imagined her to be Russian (blame hedgehog in the fog), so that’s the accent my brain gave her :D

oh no! the link works for me, but in summary Madras (or Madrasojo) was invented by a wonderful friend of my mine who goes by the name of EGGS! When I was still in the inventing the story/doodling RGB stage they drew this great little gooey-eyed cyclops and we sort of OC OTP’d on the spot! I asked if I could feature her in the comic and the rest is history; I’m constantly grateful, because Madras was such a full force character that she sort of demanded more than a passing cameo and EGGS has been very generous in allowing me to write her lines and give her the role in the story that she has!

Also, yes, she will be appearing again. Naturally.

I am very out of practice (but I’m going to pick them up again to strengthen my arms when I’m ready), but I play piano and drums! Both not very well… and to the other anon that asked if I made a lot of Melody out of percussion instruments on purpose, yes! You see a lot of musically influenced characters out there, but I’ve seen comparatively few that incorporate percussion, so I wanted to get some representation for us people-that-hit-things in there :’D

I’ve also dabbled in other things but the only other instrument I would be willing to say I can actually play is the kazoo, so.

things are pretty hectic right now but with the spirit of optimism I might attempt selling the first batch next week, possibly the week after? I’ll make a post about it though, and I did get quite a few printed so even if you miss out the first time around you’ll have another chance, so don’t worry!

there are six chapters in this first copy, and I’m old fashioned so I think publishing them with every half dozen chapters should work well- this first batch is fairly small and is more or less a test run. I’m sending a few copies out to publishers this next week to see if I can get someone else interested in doing that side of it, and some heavy stuff just went down in my personal life so yes, sorry, but I have to ask you to be patient once again. At least I can say I do have some copies to sell now, but I’ll probably sell them in batches of a hundred so I don’t get completely flooded with postal duties! I never intended to publish this thing when I started so this is all very new and scary for me :’D
