The head has uses (as demonstrated today), just not the conventional ones- as for Click’s eyes, they’re actually the six gold buttons on his uniform.

You got it! That’s a good summary actually because they all contain a bracket of emotions rather than being limited purely to one, so yes; while the individual instance is dependant on context the staple category for each is-

oh boy I feel like I answered this somewhere along the line but I can’t remember uuuhhhh well, he’d certainly go for the ghost and electric types, so… Haunter, Yamask, Rotom, very likely an old-school Porygon as well… and oh gosh he would absolutely have a Mimikyu aaaa can you imagine!? I do! It’s a very small amount, but I do get a tiny bit of ad sponsor type money that way- also primarily it was to avoid crashing my home website because I can’t get any more bandwidth on it, and anyway more views for tapastic means tapastic itself makes money so there’s that too :’D so uh yeah! tapastic views are very much appreciated

it is like a recorder, but, in the same way a computer can take a voice recording and adjust the frequency and speed to alter how it sounds, Assok can slightly alter how the words come out- the ‘voice’ Assok speaks in is half an echo of the person who spoke it, half an approximation of how Assok wants to sound like
