okay so story time  I have hyperacuity  which mostly affects my hearing but sometimes I get very sensitive to light  and one time at uni it kicked in during a lecture  (dark room bright projector screen y'all know how it is)  but I had a thin silk scarf so I wrapped it around my eyes  so I could just about follow the lecture and mostly I just needed to listen  light eventually come up and I keep it on bc hell it's working and nobody noticed even my friend next to me  and then the questions come  and I as my followers will likely know by now  am a nerd and a cheery bugger so all the teachers expected me to answer questions all the time  so the teacher asks a question and looks around before drifting to my face expectantly before bursting into laughter  like  nobody understood at first bc everyone was looking at HER and not me  scarf-face mcdumbass  in the first row  but when they cottoned on it tooks some minutes before the riot stopped so I could explain
