We know that Sanji is from North Blue. We know that Trafalgar Law is also from North Blue.
Oda said that if Sanji were from a country on this Earth it would be France

consider that Sanji was raised in East Blue; if we count France as a part of his East Blue upbringing (what with the awesome cooking and all), it doesn’t necessary mean he was born there.
North Blue could be anywhere North of France.

So a few hours ago, I downloaded a Wheatley voice acting pack and listened to it for about 3 hours straight. I don’t know lol, I haven’t even finished playing the game yet (still stuck in Chapter 7) and I’m already jumping on the “animate human!Wheatley saying something” bandwagon. I picked this particular voice clip at random.
Inspired by not-quite-normal and baysalt—two fantastic artists.
It’s still very rough, and I’m no good at pantomime or dialogue, so this is great practice. With that said, this is probably going to take me a few weeks to clean up.

ooohhh yesss! Well done! Very nice acting, the expressions changes work super well with the dialogue and you can totally see his thought processes through the eyes. aaahhh I love me some good animation. THIS IS AWESOME
