seriously, lets please all join inkstand. there’s so much good goin on there, from the looks of it:
- microblogging platform built by trans ppl, so i expect a safer place for trans ppl
- each of your blogs has their own dash (so your “sideblogs” have individual dashboards)
- you have to be logged in to send anons so that abusive use of the system gets you banned
- theyre saying we’ll be able to import our tumblr posts
- no autoplay on videos, audio, or gifs
- they’re very concerned about accessibility and safety of users
- an ask to follow feature
- built in blacklist
- like im not seeing anything bad in this
please go to inkstand.me and input your email to sign up for updates. no one wants to be on tumblr anymore. no one needs to be on tumblr anymore. also the inkstand logo looks a little like a penis.
- toggleable reblogs: choose whether or not you want a post to be rebloggable
- inkstand staff has confirmed that as long as they’re not bordering into illegal territory, posts will never be censored (i.e., no flushing the ferguson tag)
the more people who sign up for this, the more content there will be, and the easier it will be to make the change. please sign up.

I know, I know, I should be working on my comic. But Whimbrel showed me a fursona generator. Or at least, it calls itself a fursona generator. Everything that comes out of it feels like some kind of strange and powerful deity.
I’m going to call him Candleback, He is the Shadow of discarded dreams. Every time you give up on an ambition, he knows. He remembers. And he will remember your dreams long after you are gone.
His favorite color is fuchsia.
