This is my friend Bobby winning the cosplay skit contest with “best comedy”. The lady who puts a dollar in his speedo is Pikabellachu, a con celebrity and judge for the contest. His award for winning the contest was a light up raver necklace that says “I’m sexy and I know it.” Bobby is a living legend. He’s so SUPA!!
