not sure what I did tbh but it's a doozy  sorry chaps  OW I DON'T LIKE  okay so Dr Mum's theory is I dislocated it last night due to my elastic everything syndrome but it snapped back into place  but in so doing I have pulled something and my bones are still like fuck you man  goddang I hate EDS
