I’m terrible with romantic stuff ;o; These are some of my first Gladstones. I never drew him before ‘cause I tought his hair would be a pain to draw for me, and I was right xD I’m terrible at drawing, too. I need more practice.
Thanks for giving me the link to that amazing, beautiful comic! Such a shame I haven’t read it before. I don’t have my own Internet conection, so sometimes I’m just able to run in here, post something and then run away again. And it happens that I miss a lot of great stuff. But I’ll try to find time to be a bit more ‘round here.
I guess one of the things I like the most of this ship is this combination between a lucky guy and this not-so-lucky lady… aaand the name :D

Felt like drawing ducks today so I bit @modmad‘s Gladstone redesign and did a Magica redesign to go with, because obviously I did a Magica redesign to go with. I really liked the add-on idea of him being a tall dude so there had to be SOMEBODY in there for comparison.
A 5 dollar sketch commission for @pc-the-unicorn. Gladstone was thinking about wanting to contact Magica– and low and behold!– just the witch he was looking for fell into his hands. What a lucky fella!
just a head’s up that this doodle comic is gonna take ten thousand years because it’s another 30 pager (aka three posts like Sorceress’s Apprentice) BUT without spoiling it I can at least say that it includes (but is not limited to); sneezing, Relatable Tired Scrooge, SCIENCE, literal Magicstone trash and, perhaps most exciting of all, dresses with convenient pockets :Tb

in case you hadn’t realized i think loneliness is Gladstone’s greatest fear. so after his… moment with scrooge and the others i think he would be overly relieved to have SOMEONE be there for him.
i had this one comic growing up that involved gladstone trying really hard to impress scrooge, but of course, he doesnt (and quite literally cant) get anything by actually working for it, so scrooge didnt see value in anything his lucky nephew ever did.
anyway can you imagine how scrooge would react if he found out that one of his own nephews was actually dating one of his most dangerous adversaries??
