ack, okay just a head’s up that I sort of half forgot that I’m going to be away for next week?? and while I can take my computer with me I can’t easily drag my cintiq along, so from saturday onward I’m going to be pretty quiet post-wise (I’m trying super hard to get the TPoH page done for Saturday before I go but I don’t think I’ll be able to do the next one sooo there’ll probably be yet another week without one after that :C argh)

also on that note I don’t really have time to sell and parcel and post any books before then but I’ll try and do a 40 book sale when I get back to make up for it, so… yeah, really sorry about that but you all know that my existence is a never ending spiral of chaos so really you oughtn’t be that surprised by this development

Trip into demonology

During the 16th century, it was believed that each demon had more strength during a special month of the year. So people born on those moths are influenced by them.

Belial in January
Leviathan in February
Satan in March
Belphegor in April
Lucifer in May
Berith in June
Beelzebub in July
Astaroth in August
Thammuz in September
Baal in October
Asmodai in November
Moloch in December

Sometimes I wonder, why I know more about demons than angels.

Aw yeah power of…I have never heard of Astaroth.

We’re influenced by the crowned prince of hell, Belta. The crowned prince of hell.

According to Wikipedia:

“According to some demonologists of the 16th century, August is the month during which this demon’s attacks against man are stronger. According to Sebastien Michaelis, he is a demon of the First Hierarchy, who seduces by means of laziness, vanity, and rationalized philosophies. His adversary is St. Bartholomew, who can protect against him for he has resisted Astaroth’s temptations. To others, he teaches mathematical sciences and handicrafts, can make men invisible and lead them to hidden treasures, and answers every question formulated to him. He was also said to give to mortal beings the power over serpents.”

Not a bad guy to be ruled by, really, he knows what’s up!

I would be influenced by Asmodai, the King of Demons.

Asmodeus is the demon of lust and is therefore responsible for twisting people’s sexual desires.

Oh.

and then there’s me with

Satan

just going right in there yep okay well that… makes an awful lot of sense actually

Finally getting around to this OC ball thing, hope I can finish it before tomorrow! If it turns out well I might make it into a t-shirt print, if any of you would be interested?

It was such a lovely line I had to do something, and lineless practice is always good.
