a quick Scrooge-the-archivist sketch for Morgann Gicquel as a thank you for making the very excellent and gut-punching documentary The Scrooge Mystery. I love that Don Rosa now has his own ‘comic bin’ and we all know Scrooge has a penchant for cataloguing keepsakes from his lengthy life’s journey so I wanted to sketch something that gave us a look at that (wish I’d had more time to make the random stuff into specific objects referencing the stories but hey we gotta move on and keep drawing those new stories y’know?)
I like to imagine that she was this calm, kind, outgoing and joyful person but was also rather dreamy and disorganised- like a cross between Luna Lovegood and Phoebe from F.R.I.E.N.D.S.
