some of you mighta been following it on twitter but my brain got hijacked by a Really Heavy doodle comic which I wasn’t planning to do next but which then demanded that I rough it out entirely and wouldn’t let me do anything until I did so I’ve had next to no sleep and a lot of crying this week so I wanted to doodle some happy magicstone before I pass out yeah

after all is said and done, I guess waking up early on christmas morning is still a thing for me, haha! So I thought I’d put some of that crazy energy to good use – Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

Happy xmas eve eve! I managed to get some presents drawn for you (though the doodle comic is going to have to be an after-or-around New Years present instead!) so here’s the first! <3

I do REALLY hope I will get to develop this concept as much as I want to. I’ve been thinking a lot about making a comic about how they first met / became friends. It doesn’t have much structure yet, but I really want to have Gladstone losing his luck at some point, like in “Dime Enough for Luck”, but with my own takes cuz it would take place in my canon, not DT87 canon. And regarding on how their friendship works, I’m still figuring it out -what I have clear is he can’t be uncle Scrooge 2.0, but more of a friend and less of an uncle.
