there are six chapters in this first copy, and I’m old fashioned so I think publishing them with every half dozen chapters should work well- this first batch is fairly small and is more or less a test run. I’m sending a few copies out to publishers this next week to see if I can get someone else interested in doing that side of it, and some heavy stuff just went down in my personal life so yes, sorry, but I have to ask you to be patient once again. At least I can say I do have some copies to sell now, but I’ll probably sell them in batches of a hundred so I don’t get completely flooded with postal duties! I never intended to publish this thing when I started so this is all very new and scary for me :’D

And that's if they don't renew it, if it's popular enough it may even get more. It's not going to be cancelled, they shift around schedules all the time on that channel it's a right mess. But the main thing is it's NOT going to be cancelled unless everyone stops watching the premiers. Those are what counts most in ratings.
I understand, and thank you kind and informative anon, but the thing is we still need to show some backlash- this is a great cartoon with unusual aims and (what is deemed) an unusual target audience, so we should try to show it and its creators our support!
even if we can’t get the network to see what a silly move they’re making, we should at least contribute to boosting the show for the people who make it- they’ve got to be taking this hard right now, I know I would if I’d been pouring my heart and soul into a show like SU; the show deserves better treatment, and so do the makers!

Interesting question, but if I’m allowed to extend the logic of the alt ending I think he probably would, because it would be a part of his personal character development; he isn’t the original Bobby Fulbright, he’s just taken on the name and face and made it his own (or it has made him its own, in a way), so if he determines to follow his own sense of justice it might well act as a reminder of that fact for him and other people.
At the same time, I don’t think he would remove the mask, as I feel like he relates more to that face and identity than any other at this point- which I did want to tie into the demand for ‘his own true face’, but I ran out of time…
