I’ve thought about it but I basically write/draw the doodle comics that come from nowhere and grab my brain and won’t let go until I make them- if one of them happens to involve Paperinik, yes! Sure! But at the moment I don’t have any that do, and I’m much much less familiar with that incarnation of the duckverse (see under: limited number of stories that have been translated into English), so I’d want to be fully informed before I did that.

Amusingly I never thought of Tinker/Tailor as being a couple when I originally wrote the story and the characters, but I’ve seen a few folks drawing them as one and while I’m not going to write them any different, yeah? Cute. That’s cute. As for Click there’s A Lot going on with that boy but for the record I don’t ship him with anyone. That said y’all’re welcome to ship what you like so long as it doesn’t involve Hero or Assok ‘cause that’d be uh. Bad weird. But like yeah I’m just writing the story man go write your crazy fanfics

amazingly I don’t draw with ink and paper much these days- and I say amazingly because I used to do nothing but! to the point that my art teachers used to accuse me of having it in my veins instead of the regular stuff! I still love it, admire it, and maybe one day I’ll go back to it but right now it’s much easier on my hands (and my wallet) to produce things digitally- on the occasions that I do scan things into the computer they’ve either been drawn with a pencil or a uniball eye micro (which I find to be the most draw-able-with travel-safe pens)

aw gosh, thank you! I’m so glad you feel that way- also sort of, but it’s not a set thing! I just like the idea that some species which we recognise as native to certain countries are more commonplace there in the duckverse. I think dogs and pigs and ducks are pretty universal, but why limit it to that? Jose being a parrot from Brazil is so fitting; I just really like the idea that you might come across Tiger folk in India, Zebras and Antelopes from Africa, perhaps more Roosters than usual in France etc. It strikes me as an opportunity to make the world feel a bit more varied and fun!

URGH TUMBLR WHY also I can’t figure out how to get tumblr to review this because I would literally have to scroll backwards for infinity to get it on my dash and the stand alone page doesn’t seem to have any option to click? it isn’t even saying that it’s flagged as sensitive for me- has it already been fixed, or does anyone know what to do? GOOD FOLLOWERS ARE GOOD THANKS hopefully that’ll be fixed soon!
