I seem to wheel this out every few months sorry but I had requests for ‘where is that aa5 ending comic u done did’ so here :’D
also fun fact I drew most of this during an intense fever I had over the winter holidays haha wow
okay so some of you are really persistant because I mentioned that I had some extra reasoning/foreshadowing/evidence that I couldn’t fit into that aa5 alt ending comic and I stg I have had people asking about it every other day since posting it
anyway I am too snowed under with stuff to do another wall of text but here’s some scans of some of the notes from around the sketches I did (not in any order but if you’re able to read my awful hand writing you’re probably smart enough to put the pieces together)

That anon ask about the mask only further encouraged the whole AA:DD buddycop sequel idea imagine the dramatic cutscene possibilities

Interesting question, but if I’m allowed to extend the logic of the alt ending I think he probably would, because it would be a part of his personal character development; he isn’t the original Bobby Fulbright, he’s just taken on the name and face and made it his own (or it has made him its own, in a way), so if he determines to follow his own sense of justice it might well act as a reminder of that fact for him and other people.
At the same time, I don’t think he would remove the mask, as I feel like he relates more to that face and identity than any other at this point- which I did want to tie into the demand for ‘his own true face’, but I ran out of time…

okay so someone dear to me remembered I’d promised to do an excessive readmore post about what I stg I THOUGHT the ending of aa5 was going to be and honestly this cold is murdering me so I might as well
