After seeing this http://modmad.tumblr.com/post/133538780960/this-is-ridiculous-and-i-regret-nothing-because by the lovely @modmad who has become one of my favorite artists of all time, but in fanart and comicbook art.

This picture made me think of a new AU idea, surprise-surprise, where Wander becomes the captain of a famous singles cruise, that’s famous for bringing people together forever. However, Wander signed onto the job without any experience, thinking that it would just be all fun, traveling and games. Those hopes are quickly dashed when he finds out that the job actually requires responsibility. Thankfully, Sylvia is there by his side to help him get things going, as he can’t just leave without a trace, as they’re out on the open sea and a lot of people are depending on them.

But, the job does prove to be fun when he finds out that the ship is filled with strange mystery, magic, and danger. Like the ships master cook (Carmine) being able to make food so good that it can cure depression and fill your head with solutions to all of lifes problems, and an assumed ghost cabin-boy with a rather feminnine voice (Cerise) who sings outside captains window every saturday midnight.

It’s pretty much just a story, much like the likes of a sweet musical comedy with a bit of fantasy mixed into it :3

Hey Wanderers, WOY’s still performing fairly weak on iTunes. #1 was the first part of Adventure Time’s Stakes, which aired right before this episode did. Most of the things above Black Cube/Matchmaker are stuff that’s been out for a week or more (like Weirdmaggedon). (This screen cap was taken around midnight, a little over 24 hours after this episode aired).

If you don’t watch WOY legally, you can’t complain if it doesn’t get another season.

It’s also a bit more important to support it legally (preferably throwing money at it) cause WOY just doesn’t have the popularity of Adventure Time, Steven Universe and Gravity Falls. SU and Rick & Morty got a lot more popular in their 2nd seasons, but that’s yet to happen with WOY. There’s also virtually no other way to support it financially.

Reminder that WOY is about 2/3rds done with its 2nd season. Whether or not the show gets another season will most likely be decided before this season ends (as was the case with its first season and with Motorcity). So it’s better to probably buy episodes (through iTunes or Amazon) sooner rather than later cause I think whether or not it’s getting renewed for a 3rd season is coming up soon. I think if more people just bought at least ONE that’d help.

And I’d like for that 3rd season to happen so all those ideas McCracken wants to do (Hater’s backstory, other female villain) can get made.

And here’s my part:

If you’re like me, you probably aren’t a fan of having to pay $28.99 for half the episodes in a season. But listen. How many other ways are there to throw your money at this show? Let me tell you, there really isn’t. There’s no DVDs, there’s no merch and Disney has yet to show interest in giving us either. But guess what! Disney pays attention to itunes sales! This kind of thing matters! If you can’t afford a season pass, episodes are only $2.99 each. Not so bad, right? Especially if it’s the only Wander related thing Disney’s giving us. A LOT of work (and ESPECIALLY money) goes into making this show and this is currently the best way to show your support! If $2.99 is all you can give, then give it! It makes a difference!

Before Season 2 premiered there was some talk of doing show posters for all the episodes but as always, working on the show took precedence and there was no time for me to do one for all 40 cartoons this season.

But here is one I mocked up for THE BLACK CUBE a few months ago. 

And the fact that @gabs-sam did one eerily similar was a total coincidence.

I keep meaning to print this out big. Like huge. And plaster it on a billboard. Above my house.

I just had to quickly doodle some of Celebi’s dreadful and perfect little Undertale crossover of Wander getting amalgamate-d, and my goodness but does he ever have some potential as an adorable but distressing little gloop

anyway I’m sure they’d work through it somehow, after all, whatever he ends up looking like Wander is still Wander!
