This one was really hard- the thing is one of the key features of TOby is that his face never moves, so other than being Jamaican and very dead pan I have no idea except that he might have to wear shades to make him even less expressive.
Aaa you’re twisting my arm here, anon, but okay tell you what; here’s a panel from a sequence that I had to cut out of chapter 3 because it was making the story lag (and makes you too sympathetic for RGB, and that would never do, because he’s still a colossal ass).
