English isn't my first language so alot of the world play in them (very very clever you are) gets lost and i cna only understand with explanation. I’m not sure! I think I said it but I may as well reconfirm it here that, yes, Hero would have (and indeed has the potential still to) become nonbinary.

oh that sounds fun cool okay and I’ll put RGB and Hero in the set too;

Hero = Hufflepuff

RGB = Slytherin

Assok = Griffindor

Dial = Griffindor

TOby = Hufflepuff

Julienne = Ravenclaw

Melody = Hufflepuff

Tinker = Ravenclaw

Tailor = Slytherin

Cell = Slytherin

Click = Griffindor

you know just occasionally someone will spot something so absurdly obscure that I actually cannot believe (but you’re dead on, that’s why the horse-headed guardian is always on the left and the bird-headed one on the right)

and thus we come full circle; hilariously the thing that started me on this mad drowning-tumblr-with-ducks thing was someone asking that same question! but it’s true, amongst the various influences that wound up feeding into RGB there was undoubtedly a generous amount of Gladstone Gander- without the extreme luck, that is. Even if RGB actually started out as something of a parody of my own worst qualities, when it came to refining the personality, body language, outfit and dubious moral standing I absolutely took cues from Gladstone.

Interestingly fun question for me you have there- the idea of Dial’s face is that it’s kind of the opposite of RGB’s face. RGB’s is square, Dial’s is round, RGB is a box, Dial is flat, RGB can emote and is easy to understand, Dial’s face is completely unchanging and unreadable.

age is a bit of a ??? zone in TPoH, but if we forget all that taking-stuff-too-literally biz then yes! RGB is 33, while Click is 25.
