TPoH update… soooooon!
Head’s up! I will be updating TPoH tomorrow all going well, but it won’t be at the usual time- I need a couple more hours to finish the page properly, so please don’t wait up late for it at the usual ‘almos’ time (lookin at you discord)
thank you for your patience, I don’t know how regular updates will be as I am still in the process of recovery but I think I will be updating these next two Sundays at least!

Yes! The first two books of TPoH are available on the Topatoco store here- alas, not hardback yet, but perhaps in a future kickstarter they will be!
If you’re wanting to sell them in your bookstore, or order a large batch for any reason, definitely get in touch with the Topatoco folks via their contact info: I’m certain they’ll be happy to talk it over with you! :D If you’re having trouble getting hold of them, send me a message that I can reply to privately and I’ll help you get in touch.
potential TPoH spoilers in theses! don’t read if you’re not up to date folks
I always have people asking if I write a script for TPoH ahead of time and the answer is… sort of. I have this car crash of a ‘gist list’ for the whole story written out, and these are parts that you’ll recognise if you’ve read the comic. As you can see it’s very informal and in fact some of these events happen in a different order from what’s written down here, but that’s because I like to keep the spontaneity of the comic hopping by almost avoiding planning as much as i can. I thumbnail the visuals of each chapter in advance, but I stop when I’ve done the chapter because I know I will keep improving as I go and I don’t want to trap myself with old work, which maybe sounds dumb but hey it’s worked for the past 6-7 years. it also avoids me getting bored/frustrated with not having reached a bit, rather it makes me look forward to reaching it even more! anyway I still can’t draw but I figure this might give you a giggle and a bit of an insight into my very bizarre writing process.
also don’t take all the things written here too seriously/deeply bc I mayyy have changed some concepts around/thought of a better thing between writing this and getting to that actual bit in the story :Tb
hiatus
hey uhhhh so my arms are still bad. I thought they weren’t? but they are. it might be my EDS being aggravated by this damned cold which Will Not Quit but they are definitely also generally unhappy. so.
I’m gonna update the comic tomorrow (with what I have- it’s not perfect but it’s a something and that’s something which is more than nothing), which is the chapter title page for chapter 20, and then TPoH and me are gonna go on hiatus for an indefinite amount of time. It sucks, but it is at least at a good place for the comic to go on hiatus for a while. I’m super sorry, and frustrated beyond all description, but it’s all I can do at the moment to try and not overwork myself and pray to whatever cartoon eldritch elder-god beings are out there to allow me to recover and continue working in this horrifyingly frail mortal flesh prison for as long as I am able. or maybe to get upgraded into a cyborg body. that’d be cool.
I love you all very very much, and I am sorry I can’t help you with my drawing and writing for a bit, but I’ll try to get better and who knows maybe I can figure out a speech-to-text app and finish writing that Ethel story or something.
