also did I tell you I once wrote an altverse where Neil knocked a cup of tea into a machine that he was building to somehow make himself immortal and accidentally died by electrocution but ended up making himself into a holograph permanently in the process? so then he was stuck being some sort of hecked up digital ghost forever and it was wonderfully ironic?

I just felt like drawing him. I’ve been thinking about him a fair bit lately, and as strange as it sounds I actually owe this nutter quite a lot.
I used to RP him on livejournal (yep, nerd alert, don’t even give a fuck), and thanks to that I became solid friends with a group of fantastic writers, one of whom is coming to stay over at my place very shortly- the first time we’ll have met after knowing each other for almost four years.
Of course, I also ‘owe’ him for both doubling my insecurities when it comes to my ongoing debates with reality and for helping to establish my philosophy for dealing with the matter, not to mention the whole 'British identity’ saga, but that’s another story.
“Teen Titans” Returns With New Episodes
The popular animated TV show, Teen Titans, will be returning with full-length episodes. The idea of bringing back the show was given a test run when Cartoon Network’s DC Nation programming black debuted new Teen Titans shorts this year.
But now, after the success of the shorts, a new half-hour series is coming called Teen Titans Go!
The show will feature a more comedy-heavy, youth-oriented series that will feature the return of all the main heroes in new, fun adventures.
The full description says:
Character-driven comedy is the order of the day as this new take on the super hero series focuses on the funny business that happens between saving the world and living together as teenagers without adult supervision. They may be super heroes who save the world every day … but somebody still has to do the laundry! With the ability to turn into any animal or detach their robotic limbs, teenage pranks reach a whole new level. And even super heroes have to take Driver’s Ed. to get a license – especially after wrecking the Batmobile on an unauthorized joy ride to impress a girl!
With the original voice cast from the original series returning, the show is expected to premier in 2013.
