I’d already seen what we were watching on the telly so I doodled these
if my parents knew what I was sketching on the sofa they probably wouldn’t care because they’re as mad as I am

I’m going to be getting back to work as a storyboarder for a 3D company soon so I’ve started doing some simple light/direction practices using little excerpts from things I’ve written or read. I don’t generally bother posting them but this turned out rather cute so here have Mary Poppins giving android Yes Man a proper name because he was being all roboty and depressing and she can’t have that now can she.
Screw the status quo I'ma draw Disney picnics with securitrons, bitch (new tab for the full sized scribbly mess).
I decided to invent a character based on a colour. It was really fun so I might do it again.
This is ‘No.’
No can’t talk. He has trouble understanding people but he likes them and tries hard to be good and helpful and make them happy, but he never gets it right so all he ever hears is the word 'no’, which he now presumes to be his name. He cries a lot.
Packing up all the work I did at VFS and I found a few things I thought you guys might like. This was a homework piece for composition, I used two characters I made up in secondary school- typical Holmes/Watson combination but with some Frankenstein larks thrown in, maybe I’ll go back to them some day.
Sorry for random slanting mark at the top but the whole thing is in pencil and pfft straight lines.
There are many benefits to being able to doodle whatever the hell you want.
Drawing an interaction between Mary Poppins and an android version of Yes Man is one of them.
No, I have no fucks to give. If my six year old self would approve of this situation then I am 100% cool with it.
