30 Day Monster Girl Challenge (sort of) 9 and 10: Demon and Succubus
So I remembered that I’m supposed to still be doing this challenge malarkey, but it seems that all I want to draw today is SPG stuff
fortunately for me they have awesome lyrics
also I hate how this turned out but I’m tired and bad at lineless so ner.
We were watching the “Suspender Man” live performance from the zoo, and when there’s the thunder at the start, Jon cowers and shrinks back, at which Spine says something to him.
If someone could gif it, it’s easier to tell; however I am terrible at making gifs. For now, screenshots.
After that brief exchange, the song continues as normal.
Anyway, it’s given me a headcanon that The Jon is actually afraid of storms and usually relies on the others (the Spine more than the others) to keep him settled down. Dunno what the reason was. Maybe he got struck by lightning during a show sometime years ago?
It really makes me want to see Jon all piled on top of the Spine during a storm at the manor while the power’s out and he’s just listening to him sing or something in order to settle down and rest.

SPG Season 1, Episode 11: Level up?
The Hall of Wires is in need of repairs; especially after the Jon decided to try out cable spaghetti as a midnight snack, but when Steve accidentally transports himself into QWERTY’s systems it looks as if he’s the one who’s cooked. Have the band put enough hours into their video gaming training to get their technician back to reality, or will it be game over for the super sound-man?
Well whaddaya know.
Gosh, It’s been so long since I did a finished illustration, I forgot about the part where when it’s done all you can see are things wrong with it.
I might give this to the band next time I make it to the Zoo. Steam Powered Giraffe is keeping me from going completely over the edge right now and I want to hug them all. I guess sometimes you just gotta escape with silly, adorable singing robots.
