so I’ve wanted to redo this turnout for the longest time and finally caved- love the show and the VA is Perfect, I just… miss the floof… (click to view properly tumblr murdered this yikes)
I ended up using what I see as ‘real clover’ colours but I figure you could use any of his comic colour schemes :’D also I finally have a tag for this redesign if you want more reference
EDIT: friend pointed out he didn’t have a hat! I figure a fedora is too 1950′s so how’s about a little country number to go with those autumn colours
To adventure! :D (alternately, it’s been way too long since I drew ducks, and I never tried to draw Fethry before. Also, I used @modmad‘s Gladstone hair because it looks awesome and I wish that’s what we had in the show!)

So, you know I’ve been obsessed over palettes lately, and when I saw these specific palettes these characters inmediatly came to my mind. Have some dramatic trash nobody asked for. The palettes form up to down are Cyberbullies, Subtle Melancholy, Cherry Soda, Saltwater Tears and Conversation Hearts. All from the Palette Challenge. I’ll reblog this with the link. I’m not happy with how these came out at the end but… I needed some dramatic duck trash. Try to give them an interpretation if you want.
oh goodness, could I have the source for this? (story code? artists?) I’d love the see the whole thing even if I have to use google translate to read it!
Anonymous asked: so I'm Finnish and it was break in our design class but we got onto talking about the new Ducktales designs and there was a lot of different for/against discussion but the one thing everyone agreed on was they hated Gladstone's hair, so I was like hang on and brought up your alt design? and they absolutely lost it like this one guy who's usually real quiet stood up with his hand in the air and just yelled 'what the FUCK!!!' so yeah you caused a small riot in my classroom wtg mod
