LISTEN. Webby is constantly adopting relatives. You must’ve seen this coming?? I mean, they would probably get along. Webby is pure-hearted and she wouldn’t want to exploit Gladstone’s luck, tbh all she wants is a bit of attention. Plus, both of them deserve more friends. (Also maybe Gladstone can teach her to pretend to ignore people’s insults?)
So okay I usually post these things in the minimum number of posts but I GOT IMPATIENT OKAY so I’m doing this as a three parter to give me time to finish the last pages. Hopefully parts two and three will be up in the next two days!

Why is this so dramatic, welp. I confess I got bored of this since the start. So, the only thing better than possessing your enemy to steal his first dime is possessing your enemy to destroy the weak relationships he has with his family and friends :’D
Oh my stars anon, you sound thirsty. And I have a big glass of water for u. Well, I really wasn’t too invested on this idea but all these broken hearts on the floor are changing my mind a bit. Alright then. Forgive me if this is too messy but I decided to recycle some of the doodles of this concept I did at 3:00 AM and ‘fix’ them, instead of making more -some of them even had dot eyes so I really had to fix a lot. Okay here u go. (I apologize in advance for making everything so dramatic.)
I think the destruction on his relationships is placed too fast on here, but… I guess it fits like, okay for this specific (reboot) Scrooge? Magica has complete access to his mind and all of his memories, so she’s very capable of… rubbing salt on the wound??
Aaand then, that first post I made happens, I guess. And then some scenes like this happen?
(Where will they move? Idk fam). I drew the car but then I tought, maybe they just take the houseboat and leave Duckburg? And Webs is like, “pls don’t gooo he’s just too moody”. I wanted Donald to find out by himslef that something wasn’t quite right, like “this isn’t my uncle Scrooge”, but… he and Scrooge have so many problems so I used Dewey because, he’s the one who knows him better? Meanwhile, Scrooge is sufferrrrring.
>:3c Btw, when Magica’s inside him, Scrooge knows what is happening and is completely capable of seeing and hearing everything, but he can’t do anything. Plus… his bad side… kinda melts together with Magica, so yeah this thing is dangerous??
Aaaand then, Magica uses the dime to have unlimited power (I guess… they’ll stick to old DT on why does she want the dime?) and blah blah blah, and leaves Scrooge’s body, but he’s so beaten up, weak, and also emotionally broken, so he just… gives up :’D And then, Magica recovers her physical form and starts a big hurricane of evil magic *insert elmo plus fire on the background meme*. Then, Donald and the kids find him and ya know, angst.
Magica makes them feel guilty and blah blah blah, idk what happens but they find a way to recover the dime and she runs away but promises to come back?? *insert dramatic music*. Meanwhile, Scrooge is… kind of dying? But somehow he recovers, maybe after a while, or after solving some of the problems he has with Donald and the fam? It’s up to you.
I already gave some… context on this thing on my personal blog but?? Basically, Magica possesses him (I’m still unsure on how did he ended up with the amulet. A voice on my head says they fooled him on using it but a bigger one says they forced him… honestly it depends on how much drama do you want on your drink, anon) in order to steal the dime and use it to cast a spell to recover her physical form. When Scrooge isn’t useful for her anymore, she leaves his body, but she works pretty muck like some kind of lice so, she sucked away most of his vitality? his life?? So he’s so weak and has no energy to confront her. Also, he’s alone, because Magica just, destroyed all of his relationships?? Obviously Donald and the kids find him later and solve everything… but yeah. I know: why can’t Lena do the spell instead? I think… she’s too young? Why can’t magica do it herself? Shadows… can’t hold things/do magic? And why would she use Scrooge? Because… she just started to hate him on a personal level and wants to destroy him in all ways?? Yeah. I really don’t know, I said I wasn’t that invested so there are a bunch of holes in this. It’s just my dramatic concept for people like u, anon. I hope this satisfied your thirst >:3c
Geez, anon, sorry for the wait but doing this was death. I screwed it up and I think I just broke my arm in the procces but here you go! :’D (It’s kinda boring, the other eleven pages are under the cut. As it got long I gave it comic format to make it more efficient to read adjsbcjsfs).
I apologize in advance for the messy style, I wanted to keep this concept exclusively for dt 17 BUT the style is so hard for me so I tought “ey, let’s mix both old and new styles/designs, I’m sure it won’t hurt” and ended up with this inconsistent mess agsgdhsjds. Alright, so I guess this happens after Donald decides to leave as I said in previous posts?? -I’m still unsure of how Gladstone’s luck affects Scrooge’s condition, tho.
Quick doodle. I noticed it was becoming too ugly a bit too late. Aaay I really miss drawing them. Both you and me know they had to fall asleep together in one of their trips. Bonus: Launchpad comes in to check them and notices they fell asleep so he puts a blanket on them and continues piloting.
Been practicing drawing Gladstone, but I was having a time with his curls so I thought “it can’t be any harder to do his new stupid hair” and he’s like two articulated pen strokes away from being crazy sexy
so I thought I’ll have my own slightly touched up design because between bow ties and neck feathers the feathers are gonna win hands down
