Anonymous asked: Got any thoughts on Jodie Whittaker as Doctor #13? Your blog archive shows you used to be BIG into Doctor Who (I approve) though it seems to have somewhat receded lately.
I AM VERY EXCITED and yeah I kinda faded on Who when Moffat’s writing got so… yeah. I did backtrack and watch some of the last season bc there were some really good episodes in there, I basically had to watch the opening credits and if it was written by someone else I kept watching :’D it worked! I’m very interested to see how she takes on the role and what topics they explore.
okay holy shit that episode of Doctor Who was great
TPoH music inspiration time!
I love so many of the Doctor Who soundtracks it was super hard to pick just one but this is very TPoH-esque for me, just a shame it’s so short! I love music that involves warped/rewound sounds.
Everyone designs Doctor Who stuff in their spare time, right?
So, these are the Graves. The Graves just appear one day, all over the place, and asides from a few people wigging out about there being a tonne of gravestones everywhere they’re not that big of a deal and you pretty much just get along fine with it until five o'clock. Why five o'clock? Well, nobody is sure why, but at five o'clock the shadows change. The shadows they cast are not the odd blocky geometric shapes they ought to be, but are of people. Peculiarly different people, in fact, so unique and believable that you wouldn’t be so very surprised if you just happened across one that was… yours.
Oh, and the Graves watch you.
When you aren’t looking, naturally. Wouldn’t want to be impolite.
I swear to god though I can’t be the only one expecting Clara to turn out to be Mary Poppins.
