it’s okay I don’t mention it often- I only take on a very small number per month and generally the slots get nabbed by patreons. However, sometimes you might be in luck and get one if you message me here! This month and next is all booked up though, so you’ll have to wait until October at least to check in, sorry! :’D I love the association with Mary Poppins though…
my mom has said that this is the last month she’s willing to help with rent, which means if I can’t make rent at the end of the month, I have to move home. Home where they misgender and dead name me, where it’s emotionally abusive. And even if I am forced to move home, I still have to pay for my own food and gas. They haven’t said it explicitly, but from what I understand, I’m not allowed to eat the family’s food.
So I guess. Give that a look. If you can. Anything helps.

Wich isn’t an unfamiliar situation, I’ve been there before, but the rent pay is alarmingly close and I already owe some money to my parents as well. I also have a rat Kiki, whom I already took to the vet but we need further treatment for her due to a wound on her neck.

Me and my family have been going through a really rough patch for a long while now, and even though we’ve been toughing it out, it’s gotten to the point where we’re struggling to keep our heads above water. In fear of ranting I’ll keep it short; My father was rushed into hospital three months ago, his organs are all shutting down and there’s nothing the doctors can do. A 71 year old man who could have done anything he wished, can no longer lift a finger without risking becoming life threateningly ill. We almost lost him a couple of weeks ago. Our home is no longer fit for him so we need to make adjustments before he can come home to spend what little he has left. We have barely any money to our names, and with Christmas around the corner and younger siblings, it’s getting tighter and tighter. I may have to leave my full time course at college to support my family which would be devastating. Every little penny will help and put all our minds at ease to focus on what’s really important. Making a new post as circumstances have changed a little bit. Commissions are opening back up to help me support myself and save up.
Currently I have a part time job paying minimum wage and my current housing situation is coming to a fairly abrupt end soon. I’m applying to full time positions nonstop but as things stand, I cannot afford housing on my own even working five days a week. I need help.
Something I might begin introducing as things go on is slots, so I don’t get overwhelmed. I’m working on my art blog, commissions, a part time job, full time job hunting, and apartment hunting. I’m sorry if I need to set a cut off.
