If Stuntmen from the old movies don’t have your full respect then I just don’t know what to say to you
Yo this so much. At the advent of cinema these people were literally willing to die for their art. It’s crazy, and awesome.
Also if you find this awesome, people go check out a 2006 movie called The Fall, about a 1920’s stuntman’s stay in hospital after a stunt gone wrong.

is nobody going to mention that these are all the same guy; Buster Keaton, one of the sweetest and most creative men in film history who did all of his own stunts and directed almost all of his own films (until things went sour post-1928 but that’s another story)?
also in that last one he wasn’t supposed to miss the building; you are literally seeing a stunt going wrong, but they kept it in the film and built on it, extending the scene to having him falling down the building… after he’d recovered from the injuries he sustained, anyway

Get the hose
I’ve been colouring this whenever I can in what little free time I’ve had over the past week to put on my demo reel so that I don’t have nothing but 3D crap on it, so I’m rotoscoping RGB on top of Buster Keaton because I’ve lost all control of my life. Also I have no idea how to sync them up so I don’t care.
RGB and “The Property of Hate” belong to Modmad, animation done by me and here’s hoping I didn’t make complete rubbish and that maybe I can get around to actually adding RGB’s face on the screen sometime later.

This started out as a classroom demo, but then I decided I wanted to do a Coles Phillips fadeaway girl thing with it. And then I rendered the ever living crap out of it. But I got it done because I wanted to post something because I’ve got this 8 hour drive ahead of me tomorrow. With the cat. Should be fun.
