Hey signal boost for these guys. They need more fans. <3
Some additional info, unless you go to their site:
Rabbit (1890s-1900s Steampunk) is the lead singer, and the normally silly with a side of crazy but is melancholy here with the non-functional umbrella.
The Spine (1940s-1960s Futurism) is the tall silver bass, and is probably the best pantomime in the group I think… :3
The John (1920s - 1930s Art Deco) (not like the toilet and more like the adorable) is the long curly-haired suspender-clad top-hat boo boo uguu duu duu… *ahem* Yeah that guy.
These guys are musical mime street performers turned musical artists who live and perform in California. They tour a little bit and sell CDs. I want them to come to Erie really badly.

Pretty much the best after-dark walk home in history.
So I met up with Alfred this evening for burgers and general fun talking times, and instead of taking the bus I decided to walk back home over the bridge.
It was quiet, nobody was on the path, the stars were out; it was one of those moments.
I leaned on the wall, looking at how bloody pretty Vancouver is at night, and felt like singing. There was no-one there, so I decided to hell with it. There was one particularly bright star to my left so I decided to sing ’when you wish upon a star’, because I am a cheesy fuck.
I’m singing, and a few lines in I’m aware that someone else is singing along with me.
I keep singing, but I look around to see who; there’s nobody on the bridge anywhere near me. Eventually I notice that a cyclist on the opposite side of the bridge has stopped, and it’s him, and he doesn’t stop either.
So we carry on singing the song and finish it together.
There is a moment of quiet followed by an equally silent celebration by us both punching the air with both hands, then he cycles off down his side of the bridge and I walk off along mine.
Mystery bike man, you will stay in my heart forever.
