sorry I’m still completely beat from the loooong weekend (of super fun times) so I don’t have the energy to scan and upload doodles I did then, but since I finished this very short story ages ago and I’ll be able to put it up on the website once it’s done I suppose I can give you the first two pages of Fox Song, which is a thing I did last year? wow it sure was last year huh
it’s not brilliant but it is a finished thing and all finished things deserve to be treated kindly so I’ll do my best not to be mean to it and hide away it in a box where nobody can see it

ahaha omg I actually, uh, I don’t know?! I am real glad you like it, I think it’s mostly that I just, I dunno, I’m never 100% happy with the way I draw and I love the way other people draw, so I look at their work and try to suck out the parts I like and smash them together, and also I play? a lot. Playing a lot is really good for you man I can’t endorse the health benefits of Pure Mucking About and I guess really that’s what it boils down to. yeah.
sometimes I think I should get on with getting that kid’s book about Fox Song (that I actually finished) published and try writing more short illustrated stories
