I’ve answered this once or twice before, but basically RGB has what is called a Received Pronunciation accent (sometimes known as the Queen’s English)- it’s the standard posh accent that you would expect to hear on the BBC or an English news broadcast, but you can just think of him as sounding like a young Stephen Fry with a dab of Alan Rickman in for good measure.
