Was it ever awkward for Gladstone that the (alias) name of the woman he fell for was the same as the aunt that temporarily looked after him?

I’ve thought about that more times than you can imagine and sad to say but it may have been one of the factors that made him fall so hook line and sinker- another nice girl called Matilda who loved and supported him and made him feel like he had a place in the world? definitely a good omen
