Oh man, I remember reading that comic a long time ago and it's so fricking sad? Gladstone is so happy when Gyro removes his luck he actually swears to never get it back again. When he applies for a job he uses a fake name, because nobody would employ "Gladstone, the luckiest duck in the world". He gets his luck back to save the girl he's going out with, and when she finds out he is Gladstone she leaves him because he lied to her. The ending just felt so unfair because he tried everything.
