I don't know if you have a system set up for questions about TPOH, so sorry if I'm asking in the wrong place or you don't answer q's about it. But is Cell an unfinished concept, since her outlines are color/sketched? Can she still change her appearance?

she is! she is not yet ‘indelible’, but she has a general form that’s she’s comfortable with, and indeed she stopped trying to change her appearance a long time ago- the main way she changes form and content these days is simply by walking around, as her pins always snag pieces of cloth from her shop (which Tinker finds more than vexing)
