Everything I draw ends up wearing a bow-tie

aaarrrgh I really want to! but I can’t! I think? 

I feel really conflicted and frustrated about it tbh- the thing is I already talked to another comics publisher in america who are going to help me do a kickstarter to print and distribute the second volume of TPoH later this year, but I made the agreement much earlier when it looked like there was no hope of the hiveworks team having any new slots or interest in my stuff. Consequently I really have to hold out on my side of the deal, having signed the paperwork, and I’m sure they’ll be great too and get the job done but it’s maddening because I know so many cool folks who are with hiveworks and I read many of their comics (which you should check out too!). I guess if I’m being honest in my heart of hearts I was always hoping to be a part of that group but, oh well. Perhaps I will have a chance some other time, but it looks like my timing was wrong this year.
