Dear Mod, you have opened my eyes with intrigue about the amazingness that is Buster Keaton, but I don't even know where to start with his films! Should I start at the beginning with his early ones? Hm, well if you want to jump into a feature film then my personal favourite is Sherlock Jr! If you want a few shorts, I love The Scarecrow and The High Sign, but honestly just diving in willy nilly is how I did it and I don’t regret anything :’D what I would recommend is not watching any of the films after The Cameraman- with the possible exception of Spite Marriage all of them went downhill after the control of writing and directing was taken away from him :’I so yeah, watch things that are from 1928 or before.
