Everything I draw ends up wearing a bow-tie

I want to know if you have any suggestions or solutions on how to ease the pain? So far the best bet i have is warm compression and lots of days off. I've been thinking about buying compression gloves to help keep me from bending my fingers out of wack and whatnot. have you ever tried using them?

I have! I have a compression glove for my right hand and while I try not to wear it all the time if I’ve had a really bad time of it then it does seem to help- your other friends are anti-inflamatory pain killers like ibuprophen (never take it without having eaten something though), and honestly now that I have a regular schedule of drawing for thirty minutes, then stopping to do stretches and rest for at least twenty, the pain has dropped significantly. I also try to go for walks and go to the gym for gentle circuit exercise, but I think you have to find a route that suits you; for me this is what works now, but if things change I will have to adapt. Keep hopeful and be patient with yourself, and try to understand the pain when it happens- if you can lock down what seems to trigger the worst of the pain then odds are there are ways to lessen or even avoid it.
