quick photoshop question

so I think i must have pressed a weird shortcut by accident because every time I use a brush in this one image I get this strange tiny mark-

that thing with the 1 beside it? that’s not the brush it’s just kind of chilling out there on the image I can’t seem to get rid of it and it’s really annoying me now =__=

it’s only happening in this one picture fortunately but goddamnit, and closing and reopening the program does nothing it’s just… there

can anyone tell me how to get rid of it?

EDIT: rayi0n answered: Thats the color sampler tool (Under the eyedropper dropdown list) Just choose the tool and press “clear”.
