start! just start; that is the biggest hurdle to jump over so don’t even bother, just run straight through it. have no idea what you are doing, make lots of terrible comics, then eventually start to make really bad comics, then bad comics, then semi-alright-I-guess comics, and so on- eventually you will be able to create comics, and maybe even good ones! I am still trying to get to that last one it’s very hard.
also read a lot of great comics that helps (and it’s fun! I recommend Tintin, MAUS, and The Sandman series in particular for studying different paneling and storytelling techniques), there are also books about comic creation (like Scott McCloud’s “Making Comics” and Will Eisner’s classic “Sequential Art”) so have a hunt around in your local bookshop or library for things like that, they do exist and will be very happy to be read by you!
