OKAY LISTEN UP UK, GERMANY, SPAIN, NORWAY, TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN. Httyd2 has not done as well as expected on opening weekend in America. This makes it our duty to make this film a massive smash HIT in our countries when it’s released. We need to knock it out the park. Dreamworks animation DEPENDS on us at this very moment. I don’t know about you but I sure as hell am NOT gonna let any kid grow up without this amazing company and exceptional original stories. BROTHERS, SISTERS, DRAGONS. STAND WITH ME AND MARCH FORTH INTO THE CINEMA. SPREAD THIS MESSAGE FAR AND WIDE. DREAMWORKS ANIMATION WILL NOT FALL. WE CAN STILL DO THIS.
THIS IS IMPORTANT.
DREAMWORKS NEEDS US.
SPREAD THIS LIKE A WILDFIRE
This movie is being held back until early July here in NZ in order to tie-in with the school holidays here. Still, you can bet I will be in the theatre opening day to see it. :( I am so bummed to hear it had an awful start over in the states (especially considering all the hype I’ve seen).
I am so confused as to how a film I’ve heard nothing but love for has done so badly
FELLOW EUROPEANS, HARKEN UNTO ME
IF WE CAN UNITE TO GET HYPE OVER EUROVISION WE CAN DO THE SAME FOR THIS MOVIE
WE MUST RISE

fun fact I once filled a whole page in my sketchbook with something that looked like a fake language because I knew one of my friends kept looking at it even though I told her not to and I acted furious when she asked me about it afterwards and for years she kept wanting to know what it said and how the language worked and why I was keeping super intense notes in a secret language and really it was just a steaming heap of gibberish
if I don’t post much these next few weeks it’s because I’m working on this and trying not to spoiler you too much so please forgive me :’D
anyway I like how this came out and the context is almost certainly different from what you’re imagining so here have a cookie
you know I never even noticed how many hands I draw in TPoH until today
Anonymous asked: Hi! Quick (and possibly weird) question: You know these little colourful bouncy balls (in Germany we call them "Flummies")? What are they called in Britain? Because I asked my Englisch teacher but she didn't know either and now it's my homework to find out (we agreed that it's a very important vocable). I'd be very grateful for your help on this urgent matter. :)
FLUMMIES OH MY GOODNESS WHAT A WONDERFUL NAME FOR THEM I WISH WE CALLED THEM THAT I’m afraid we just call them bouncy balls :’D so much for the whimsy of the English
I did take part in chucking a bucket full of them down a very large set of stairs in school though
that was awesome
