You two are just such a huge inspiration for so many people, day after day. Xenia’s delicate drawings and incredible details baffle me every single time, and Mod’s amazing concepts and fluid animation and originality are so amazing they just leave me in awe. On top of that, you are such beautiful people , so kind- xenia in particular like how can you even be real, you always have a kind word for everyone- and perseverant and hard working.
I have never even sent a message to mod, and I’ve never actually talked to xenia, but even though i don’t really know you personally, I admire you a great deal. Sorry if this comes off as creepy, or weird, but I just really wanted you to know how much you can mean, even to complete strangers.

Gosh anon, I’m sorry, and I’d be lying if i said I didn’t know that exact feeling actually it’s happened to me too- I think we just have to accept that every person has different feelings and we all approach a game with an entirely different set of expectations/perspectives.
That one person didn’t enjoy it doesn’t mean the game is bad! It just means it didn’t gel with their requirements for enjoyment. Sometimes it can come down to personal taste or even what has happened to the person recently- they may even come back to it and play it years later and find it’s something they actually do like, it was just the wrong time for them to play it.
Anyway, chin up, you wanted to bring them joy, and while it might sting that your effort was rebuked you had the courage to try, and that’s wonderful! Trying to make someone happy by introducing them to something you love is a fantastically brave thing! Keep the love of that game in your heart because it’s something that you had a great time with, and I reckon that the people who made that game would be super proud of you for having made the effort to promote it if they knew. The fact that you’re hurting just proves how much both the game and your friend mean to you! How amazing is that?! I think they’re both very lucky to have such a loving person there to appreciate them.
“All I did — what I did was — was release the videotape to you, because I had to,” Jackson told reporters on Aug. 15 when asked why he released the robbery footage. “I’d been sitting on it, but I — too many people put in a [Freedom of Information Act] request for that thing, and I had to release that tape to you.”
Writing for The Blot, Matthew Keys reports that the police department did not receive any specific requests for the videotape.
“A review of open records requests sent to the Ferguson Police Department found that no news organization, reporter or individual specifically sought the release of the surveillance tape before police distributed it on Aug. 15,” Keys writes.
Journalist Andrew Perez also said that he has tried to get the documents to show who sent FOIA requests for the recording.
“I requested all requests for the videotape too, and they produced a ton of docs but no requests for the tape," Perez tweeted.
Perez also tweeted that, when asked, Ferguson Police spokesperson Tim Zoll couldn’t think of any specific requests for the tape.
