Shout out to my Arabic teacher that looked at us yesterday mid-lesson and said, “I’m worried. You all look exhausted and depressed.”
Of we were all like, “Oh yeah we’re dead inside, you haven’t noticed?”
And he snapped shut the textbook, threw up his hands and said, “That’s not healthy! No more vocab! Time for dancing!”
And he taught us a dance from Iraq and we danced instead of doing vocab. We didn’t stop dancing until he saw all of us laughing and was satisfied that we were all feeling better. It was perhaps the coolest, most kind-hearted thing I’ve ever seen a college instructor do.

Today in “Yet another thing I like about Gladstone” let’s talk about how he doesn’t abuse his power.
His luck can (and often does) give him anything he needs. He even ask for stuff… he is been know to cause natural phenomena (minor…so far). His luck is border line impossible. He breaks every probability and he know it.
He is fully aware.
He understands completely how much more he could get, after all, is not like his luck would allow any suffering into his perfect life. But he doesn’t takes more than what he needs.
In the comic referenced above, he wanted the money only for the raffle ticket. Once that necessity is full filled, he decides he doesn’t need that money at all. The thought of investing it or buy a lottery ticket that would turn him rich in a second knowing that he can’t lose, doesn’t even cross his mind. He has live “in the moment” his whole life, never planning for tomorrow. Lady Luck has him covered, if he is too win the lottery, he would no matter what he does. So, why bother? Everything would be ok.
He may be egotistical, proud, childish and empathy-lacking to a degree, but he is not the tyrant he could have been.
He knows how to live an eccentric, yet simple life.
Been playing through Undertale for the first time on Switch recently and since it’s also spook month I had the idea for this dumb little parody animation of one of my favourite videos(x).Credit to the original artist, @brakken! Also up on Youtube.
winchestersinthetardisin221b asked: For the record, I've never been too involved in the Disney ducks universe, but I caught one of your drawings whilst curiously scrolling through after a TPOH update and you have officially got me hooked on the characters. Not even what most people consider the main characters, but Gladstone and Magica and Fethry and the one inventor guy whose name consistently escapes my memory. So... Yeah. Thanks. (*facepalms* I suck at ending stuff. Sorry!)
Gyro Gearloose! Yes aaa comics Gyro is such a sweet good gentle boy, and if I can get my butt moving this next doodle comic is about him! It’s going to be very scribbly though, sorry, super rushed for time rn. But aaa i am very glad that I’ve introduced these characters to you, I hope I can do so for more of them in the future! <3
Anonymous asked: Hi! I’m sure you get tons of messages to this effect but still, I just have to say: I’ve been in a creative slump for over a year until I read TPOH. But reading it feels like my own creativity and imagination have been woken up again. I’d forgotten what it was like to feel inspired and excited by reading something, and it’s encouraged me to get back to working on my own projects again as well. Thank you for your lovely characters and intriguing world, and for being inspiring too!
AAAAAAAAAAAAAA THAT’S REALLY GOOD OH GOLLY AAA I AM SO PLEASED FOR YOU AND HURRAY AND WELL DONE AND GO GO GO
