What that's saying applies to things such as those that are delivered, shared, or posted directly through their services, but not to anything that isn't hosted on their site (no company can claim rights to content that they have never touched). As long as you don't use paypal to deliver, you'll be fine.

hey so Paypal are changing stuff (again) and I am extremely tired and not good at understanding legalize, so can someone put me at ease? particularly about this paragraph about intellectual property? because my paranoia about selling my work online is bad enough as it is and I’m not sure I understand what they mean by them being allowed “to use content that you post for publication“
