D’: what a nice whA T A NICE ASK WHO IS THIS I WILL HUG YOU but thank you man I’m doing alright- my hands hurt after long days and sleep is evasive at best, but I am trying to be gentle with myself and I am getting back into a routine with the gym, I am also making sure to stretch and drink enough so thank you for checking and I hope all you guys do the same! Look after yourselves people you’re important! Also keep those hands and arms warm if you’re prone to/have tendonitis that stuff is really vital- cold tendons can’t stretch well and cold muscles contract! Keep ‘em toasty!
Also regarding Tourmaline have you done that thing that kids do where you pretend to be a spinning top for as long as you can and then fall over? Yeah.
