I enjoyed making the Cheshire Cat old-toon design so much I did the March Hare today!
I always imagined him with a ‘HURRAH! YOIKS! I SAY OLD CHAP HOW SPIFFING WOT!’ voice, possibly with a lisp, idk I watched a lot of Jeeves and Wooster when I was a kid.

manic panic! it’s really good stuff, but you’ll want to bleach your hair first for the best results
