they are (impromptu) sleeve garters! or at least that is what we call them in the UK idk if there is another term over in the US

I don’t think I have more than a handful of followers in New Orleans, but if anyone has a line on a room for rent within walking distance of the FQ I’d really love to hear from you. Even a decent-sized closet would be fine. Just need room for a single mattress and a small desk. No windows, no problem.

(Sorry folks, my building is slated to be demolished at the end of June and so far Craigslist is getting me nowhere. Regular service will resume shortly)

I mean, gosh, he’s a cool dude that is for sure and I know he has A+ taste in comics but he has a lot on his plate, so if you do want to suggest it to him that’d be rad but please do it in a very polite and non-pushy way I wouldn’t want for it to be a hassle for him or any WOY crew personages
