masonbluereblogs asked: Hi! So know the primary purpose of this blog isn't hair stuff. But I am just starting to get into experimental and eclectic hair myself and I might ask you about it. How do you protect your hair from getting too damaged by multiple dyeings and bleachings? And do you have any favorite brands or methods or dyeing?

Hello! I did a little tutorial on the dying process and such here if you want to read that for more detail, but in terms of avoiding hair damage I don’t bleach more often than I absolutely need to; the bleaching is what hurts the hair, the dye I use is henna based so it does no damage at all! (I use manic panic, if you’re looking for a dye brand) The bleach I use is the schwarzkopf ‘colour intense’ kind. I think I usually use atomic blonde but any of them work well!

Basically, do not bleach your hair unless you really need to, and try not to bleach right down to the root even to get shot of new growth; damage the root of the hair and it can cause it to fall out! Ammonia bleach is extremely strong, so while you might need it if you have dark coloured hair be extra careful with using it and be careful to test you aren’t allergic first. Also never leave any bleach product on for longer than the time given in the instructions, and be extremely thorough when rinsing it out- if you leave any in your hair it will continue to be active, which will damage your hair and remove any colour dye you put on it afterwards! All that said it’s a lot easier than it sounds and practice makes perfect, best of luck!

Anonymous asked: So in the comics Tailor said that RGB was "indelible", and when they gave him the 4 a rabbits foot for his hand, I noticed it seemed to change specifically into a glove. So does that mean that if we tried to put RGB into a dress it would revert back to his normal clothes? 0_0

at last, the most important and tragic question to be asked

yes, that is what would happen

A diverse independent comics anthology needs your help!!

katedrawscomics:

enoughspaceforeveryoneelse:

Enough Space for Everyone Else is an anthology of sci-fi/space comics by diverse creators, about diverse characters, and spanning diverse tones and genres (specifically, no military, no imperialism, no war!).

We’re trying to fund it via Kickstarter (link here), and while we’ve gotten a lot of support so far, we are as of this writing less than halfway to our goal ($33,000) with only 11 days until the deadline (July 16). And reminder that the way Kickstarter works is, if you don’t get enough pledges to make your funding goal, you don’t get anything. So the existence of this book is literally relying on you.

This is crunch time.

All of the involved creators are independent artists and writers who, despite having talent out the wazoo, aren’t rich or famous, which can make it hard for us to get media attention. But this is a really fantastic project, and the work of all our contributors deserves to be published—so please, help make this book possible by pledging whatever you can afford and reblogging (not just liking!) this post.

Thank you so much! Your support means the world galaxy to us!
