eh, it doesn’t surprise me any more, and even if it stings a bit I guess I’ve learned to care less; people are allowed their opinions! and I know his bad sides as well as his good qualities, it is part of the reason I love him so much- but if someone else is entitled to have an opinion, you’re entitled to yours as well, and you don’t have to expose yourself to negativity more than you want to! whether it’s a character or a ship or even an entire fandom/interest, if you don’t want to put up with hate you don’t have to- viewing hate in tags is a downer by anyone’s standard and you don’t ‘owe’ that person your time or mental energy; the block function is there to make your life easier, after all!

After finally getting a doctor to take it as seriously as it needed to be, all the tests have come back sort of... inconclusive. It's frustrating enough having to quit my job, quit university, and move back with my parents because of it, but I'm really upset I'll never make art or comics again. It's my greatest passion! Do you have any words for me...?
eesh, sorry my buddy that sounds horrible- and sometimes it takes years for doctors to find the exact cause, sometimes they never can! I happened to have a pair of parents with medical pasts and I got sent to the right specialist early on. I can’t offer much comfort- being back in the RSI pain parade yet again myself- but try to be patient with yourself, find creative outlets that don’t require hands (listen to music, sing, watch movies, talk!) if you really over exert you will run the risk of not drawing in the future. I can’t promise you will be able to! I don’t know what my future is either- we just have to do the best we can and look after ourselves
just to say sorry if I miss posts or messages but my hands are pretty bad still and I’ve had to stop scrolling/basically reading my dash until they recover. We think it’s just a side-effect of my leg making it worse than it really is (wayyy too much histamine in my system!) but I’ve ordered a keyboard-wrist support and I made myself not work at all yesterday so hopefully that will help!

aw pants, seriously?! that sucks! but hopefully my website isn’t- perhaps it will encourage me to update that ‘miscellaneous art’ section more often. I’m really sorry though that situation bites!
