WHO DIDN’T TELL ME ABOUT THIS

falseteethcyborg asked: I was the Buster Keaton anon from before, and I just watched the Scarecrow and Neighbours and I must say it was really fun and cute. The entire house that the inventors lived in was just clever, and I couldn't stop smiling. And the way the actors moved! Just extremly fun, I loved it. Thanks for the tips! Definetly gonna check out more of his films (sorry for this silly message :') )
and thus a new star was born

When someone you’ve never even heard of tells you that you’ve obviously stolen their idea for a character that they haven’t even drawn/written yet and ask you to stop drawing/writing that character that you’ve been drawing and writing for months.

Kurt Vonnegut (via santini-houdini)Be soft.
Do not let the world make you hard.
Do not let pain make you hate.
Do not let the bitterness steal your sweetness.
Take pride that even though the rest of the world may disagree, you still believe it to be a beautiful place.

That awkward moment when you reply to a message privately and you actually meant it to be public for once.

Yes.

(hehe… knobs)

ALL OF THEM er but I guess if you’re starting out you may want to try the two-reelers, they’re only twenty minutes. Two of my personal favourites are The Scarecrow and Neighbours. As for a full feature my favourite is Sherlock Jr but they’re all incredible.

As I said before, if I feel like it and I get a really good idea, I will. The thing is WALL-E was comparatively easy due to the fact he was based on Buster Keaton- very expressive and slightly sad eyes, small, cute and versatile build. The other two have no attachment to humans at all for me.
Also, another reason for drawing WALL-E was that I wanted to make expression icons, as I may be writing as him in the future… (*cough*rpnerd*cough*)
I love how everyone is suddenly wigging out in my inbox at the fact that I love WALL-E
dude
I post nothing but robots and Buster Keaton HOW IS THIS DEVELOPMENT AT ALL SURPRISING TO YOU
