Well, yes and no- really it just stands for Red Green Blue, so you’re right but a bit ahead of what he is. Mostly it’s just a play on the use of the RGB colour model used in the display of images in electronic systems, such as televisions and computers (not that RGB has anything to do with those ghastly things). skfjaklsf oh shit! That just made me laugh far harder than it should...
